What is Gathering Grandparents?

Gathering Grandparents is a three-part workshop for grandparents to be equipped to pray for their grandchildren and to pass on the godly legacy that they carry from their grandparents while cutting off any unhealthy generational patterns. People have attended Gathering Grandparents workshop in person since 2017. Making Gathering Grandparents available on Book-Klatch.com allows grandparents everywhere to attend.

Who developed Gathering Grandparents?

Lesley Barker developed Gathering Grandparents in 2017 in response to her friend Ellen Boehm's idea. 

How long does it take?

The workshop will meet once each week for a 90-minute session for three consecutive weeks.

Do I need to bring anything?

You should be ready to share about your grandchildren. Some participants like to share pictures of their grandchildren. You should have paper and a pen. In the third session you need a small amount of oil.

How does it work?

The workshop is delivered online via Zoom. Register as an individual, a couple, or a group of grandparents using the form on this page. As soon as you register, you will receive the Zoom meeting link and pass code. You can participate using your computer or your smart phone.

What does it cost to attend Gathering Grandparents?

Gathering Grandparents is free. If you are blessed by the workshop and feel so led, you are welcome to leave a "tip" in Lesley's tip jar.
